Public Transport just 5 minutes walk away is Farncombe Mainline station with frequent services to London Waterloo taking around 50 minutes. Book ahead with Train Line for best prices The major shopping centre at Guildford is one stop away. Two bus routes stop within 50 yards of Pound Corner run services to Guildford, Godalming, Aldershot and Cranleigh. The 46 bus stops directly outside Pound Corner at Binscombe Cross and runs every hour except sundays dropping you directly in the heart of Guildford town centre.
London-Portsmouth The A3 passes within 2 miles of Farncombe and runs between London and Portsmouth on the South Coast. The A3 Northbound connects with the M25 at junction 10 in about 20 minutes and takes just over an hour to get to Portsmouth.
The Local Church is St. John The Evangelist Church in St. John’s Road 5 mins walk from Pound Corner. As well as its role of a place of worship this beautiful church with its wonderful acoustics is host to Farncombe Music Club ‘s monthly concerts bringing singer-songwriters from around the world to our community.
